If your item is lost during shipping, please keep in mind
it can take 3 to 4 weeks for a claim to be processed and settled with
the shipper. Normally it does not take that long. If we have supplied you with a tracking number and the shipper shows
the item has been delivered then you need to contact the shipper to have
them put a trace on the item. Once the item leaves the warehouse we are
no longer responsible for the item, the shipper is from that point on. We will however, assist in you in locating your item.
If your item was damaged in transit, it must be reported to us within 14 days- must have original packaging and materials for inspection. 'Damaged' claims reported after 14 days of receipt will not be
honored by the carrier and therefore credit and or replacement will no
longer be applicable. Claims for damage must be noted on the carrier's
bill of lading and
claimed accordingly. If damages are are claimed within the 14 days with original packaging a replacement can be sent for "No Charge."
Products that have been used may not be returned. Otherwise, ship the
return prepaid to us in new condition and include a copy of the invoice
so you are properly identified. There is a 20% restocking charge and
shipping charges are not refunded. In the event of shipping damage, the
product is replaced without a restocking charge.
Some large items will incur an oversize charge by the Carrier. In some cases, item/s might be shipped via freight. Any items ordered that are not in stock will be placed on backorder unless otherwise specified by the customer. Shipping costs are charged at the time the item(s) ship. All orders are shipped in perfect condition. Shipping costs are best estimates and not guaranteed; we only charge actual shipping cost + $2.00.
